He is a Yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, social communicator, speaker, and professor (postgraduate and university extension courses).
He holds a Yoga degree from IEPY (Institute of Teaching and Research in Yoga, coordinated by Prof. Marcos Rojo) with international certification from Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute (India). He is also a postgraduate in Yoga from the same institution. He has training as a Yoga Instructor for children, youth, and Yoga in education by PY (Pequenos Yogis). He holds a postgraduate degree in Kinesiology, Biomechanics, and Physical Training from Centro Universitário São Camilo.

He completed training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Teacher Training Intensive by Harvard Medical School and in Working Mind: Mindfulness in Working Life by Kapala Academy. He participated in the Mindfulness for Quality of Life and Stress Reduction Program offered by the Paulista Center for Mindfulness.

He attended workshops in "Kriya Yoga and Meditation," "Yoga Meditation Practices," "Stress Management through Yogatherapy," "Raja Yoga Techniques," and "Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)" at Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute (India). He also completed a Meditation for Yoga Teachers course (philosophy, practice, and communication) at the same institution.

Current Roles:

He is a coordinator and volunteer Yoga teacher of the Yoga in Bed program offered by VER (Voluntary Institute of Infectious Diseases Emílio Ribas).

He is a Yoga teacher at Colégio Augusto Laranja and at the course "Formación de Yoga para Personas con Cáncer y Enfermedades Crónicas" (Yoga Sin Frontera - Spain).

He also works in condominiums and companies, offering private and group classes. He teaches Yoga for all ages and specific audiences (e.g., pregnant women).

He develops workshops, lectures, and training sessions to promote personal and professional development through mindfulness techniques, nonviolent communication, yogatherapy, holistic health, and education.

He was a professor in the university extension course "Introduction to the Philosophy, Science, and Practice of Yoga" offered by Centro Universitário São Camilo/SP. He was an instructor of Yoga and Meditation (online) for the NGO "A Sense of Home" (United States) and a Yoga and Meditation teacher for the site "Partilhadamente" (Portugal) and the Despertar Integrative Practices Outpatient Clinic - Hospital São Paulo/UNIFESP.

He is a member of CABSIN (Brazilian Academic Consortium of Integrative Health).

He holds a degree in Advertising, an MBA in Corporate Communication (FGV), and a postgraduate degree in Service Marketing Management (FAAP), with over 15 years of experience in corporate communication and marketing, focusing mainly on companies in the healthcare and education sectors.
